Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella admits they face a battle to keep hold of Juan Cuadrado.
Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are interested.
"We need to evaluate the player's aspirations and, above all, if there is a club out there that can pay what he is truly worth," said Montella.
He added: "We are still constructing. The basic skeleton of the squad is good, but we need to perfect some things and are working on it with the club.
"We need patience. I'm evaluating some young players during pre-season and we'll see what the future holds."
