Fiorentina are closing in on Boca Juniors defender Ezequiel Munoz.

Viola sports director Pantaleo Corvino has been laying the groundwork for a summer deal during the season with both Boca and Munoz's minders.

AC Milan and Real Madrid are also chasing the Argentine youngster, but Corvino and Fiorentina are regarded as favourites to land the defender, according to Buenos Aries sources.
