Fiorentina director Daniele Pradè admits Mohamed Salah's success has surprised them.

Salah has joined Fiorentina on-loan from Chelsea.

"We knew Salah was strong, but nobody expected him to have such an immediate impact on the team," said Prade. "The lads and Coach Vincenzo Montella have done so well to take it one game at a time. There has been a real shift in the mentality since our defeat to Parma."
