Fiorentina are in no rush to make new signings, insists GM Sandro Mencucci.

He explained: "We do not have to rush as far as the market is concerned. If there is an opportunity we will take part, the market certainly is not closed for us, even if the situation now is different, inasmuch as we have acquired Franco Semioli and Christian Vieri.

"It does appeal to me that they have come to Florence, having refused offers from very more important clubs so to play for the Viola."
