Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino is in Argentina this week.
It's understood Corvino has jetted to Buenos Aries to check on River Plate midfielder Fernando Belluschi.
Last season, Belluschi attracted interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.
