Fiorentina sports director Pantaleo Corvino has been active in the South American transfer market this past week.

Sky Italia says Corvino held a new round of talks with Boca Juniors about defender Ezequiel Munoz. The Viola have been chasing him since the summer, but Fiorentina refuse to meet Boca's £7 million asking price.

Also in Fiorentina's sights are Santos starlet Neymar and Sao Paulo defender Joao Miranda. Corvino has plans to see Miranda in action this week.
