Fiorentina are set to beat a host of European rivals for River Plate midfielder Fernando Belluschi.
Controcampo says Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino has already discussed a fee for Belluschi with River directors and also recently met with the player's agent, Alberto Meo.
Corvino is keen to bring Belluschi to Fiorentina in January.
