Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella admits Pescara goalkeeper Mattia Perin was unbeatable for yesterday's shock 2-0 defeat.

Montella still complimented Fiorentina - and Perin - after the home defeat.

"I have to compliment the guys on their performance today, as they played very well overall," said the Coach.

The Viola had been unbeaten at the Stadio Franchi this season, but strugglers Pescara earned a totally unexpected 2-0 victory.

"In the first half we created numerous scoring opportunities and football is great also because there are games like this where the ball won't go in.

"It is a bump in the road, but I am not worried by this defeat. Perin performed some incredible saves."
