Fiorentina's Pantaleo Corvino has issued a warning to Viola players and said that the club will be cleaning out its squad in the January transfer window.

"In January we will be trimming the squad," Corvino said on Radio Radio.

"We kept a large squad so that we would have all the resources available for Europe, so now the market is ready to reopen.

"It's only logical that if a player doesn't get the space they expected they will want to leave and so we are looking to sell two or three men
