FIGC president Carlo Tavecchio says Italy coach Antonio Conte retains their full support.

Conte took aim at the state of Italian football this week.

"We are happy with how things are going. Conte is doing great and we'll support him in everything," Tavecchio said.

"We will work together to make the national team even better. We'll talk with all the other members to create more opportunities for interaction between the Coach and the team."
