FIGC president Giancarlo Abete has revealed his shortlist to succeed Italy coach Marcello Lippi.
Lippi is widely expected to leave the Azzurri after the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Abete said: "Once the Serie A season is over, we will make all the necessary considerations. The next Italy boss must certainly be someone like Lippi.
"Coaches like Cesare Prandelli, Claudio Ranieri and Carlo Ancelotti have the characteristics to occupy this position."
