FIFA refuse to budge over Swansea City's loan deals.
The Daily Mail says Swansea are facing a defensive crisis as FIFA have yet to ratify two deadline-day signings - a loan deal for Fulham's Rafik Halliche and Darnel Situ's £250,000 move from Lens.
Swansea are now hoping for special dispensation from the Premier League to field the pair.
