French Football Federation president Noel Le Graet hopes Kylian Mbappe sticks with Ligue 1 next season.
The AS Monaco striker has been linked with Real Madrid and Arsenal, along with PSG.
But Le Graet told RMC: "I would like him to stay in France for the pleasure of our eyes. He must be happy, a player like him who is full of qualities, he must breathe happiness.
"He had an exceptional end of season in Monaco, nothing says he will not stay in Monaco. I think he's a very wise, very mature boy, I think he will surely make the right decisions.
"But having the choice of the big clubs is still exceptional at his age."
