Feyenoord have slashed their asking price for Jordy Clasie.

The Holland midfielder is a confirmed target for Southampton boss Ronald Koeman, who worked with Clasie while coach of Feyenoord.

Voetbal International says Feyenoord had slapped an €18 million price-tag on Clasie at the end of last season.

But the Rotterdam giants have now climbed down and are seeking €12.5 million to sell.

Southampton are expected to move for Clasie once Morgan Schneiderlin leaves for Manchester United.
