Manchester United wing ace Memphis Depay can count Feyenoord midfielder Eljero Elia among his fans.

Elia, who was with Southampton last season, says he doesn't watch much football - unless Memphis is playing.

"On my phone I have an app that gives you a message. If Memphis comes on, I go directly to the game of Manchester United.

"Apart from this, I watch no football," revealed Elia.

Asked about the former PSV Eindhoven star's battles at United, Elia added: "I'm not talking about Memphis..."
