Feyenoord general manager Eric Gudde has played down the presence of Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley at their clash with ADO Den Haag.
Rowley is understood to have been running the rule over young defender Stefan de Vrij.
"People from Arsenal are often in the stands to see our games," insisted Gudde. "That someone was there Sunday isn't strange, after all Ryo Miyaichi was playing.
"There is no concrete interest from Arsenal in Stefan, if there was their director Richard Law will let me know on Monday."
