Feyenoord chief Martin van Geel is confident they can take more senior players on-loan from Manchester City.

Van Geel says City are delighted with how Feyenoord have handled John Guidetti this season.

He revealed: "City have many players under contract that are not currently ready for a spot in the team, but coming to us they could further develop.

"For the moment, they do not have a club which they can loan out their more experienced players."
