Feyenoord football chief Martin van Geel admits a move for Manchester City attacker Craig Bellamy is a non-starter.

Bellamy has expressed interest in moving to the Dutch outfit.

"We have internally considered whether we could make a move, but have recognized that such a transfer is financially unfeasible," said Van Geel to Voetbal International.

"If he was to come here, he'd have to take a serious drop in wages."
