Feyenoord coach Ronald Koeman accepts the sale of Karim El Ahmadi to Aston Villa.
El Ahmadi is set to join Villa for around £2 million.
"Karim is not the cheapest guy in the squad. I understand that we have to let him go and especially for the amount I've read everywhere," said Koeman.
