Ferrie Bodde is delighted to be part of Swansea City's Premier League squad.

The Dutchman has been missing with a knee injury, but was handed a new contract by Swans as he recovered.

"I'm very glad I was able to sign the new contract," said the 29-year-old Dutchman.

"When the club very successful on the field, it was a very difficult and frustrating time for me because of my knee problems."
