Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero has cooled talk of a move for AC Milan striker Mattia Destro.
Ferrero was said to have with Destro's parent club AS Roma this week.
"I wasn't there. It might've been a lookalike. I was eating with my friend Garrone.
"Your transfer experts say lovely things, but they don't know and go mad trying to figure out who I've seen and will buy in July. I have three incoming who will really hurt the opposition
"Will Emiliano Viviano remain? If I say yes, then (Palermo President Maurizio) Zamparini will raise the price-tag. We'll see at the end of the season.
"Do we want him to stay? He wants it."
