Manchester City midfielder Fernando insists their season problems are being overblown.
Fernando insists City are not in trouble and they are two points - and five places - better off than they were at this stage last season in the Premier League.
The Brazilian says their struggles in the Champions League are overshadowing their whole season.
"What has hampered the most is not the Premier League, the Champions League is where we are wrong," he said.
"We still have chances in all competitions and so we have to work to go around."
