Tony Fernandes may still buy into West Ham United as a minority stakeholder.

The Daily Mail says Malaysian airline tycoon Fernandes, who looks like losing out to the former Birmingham axis of David Gold and David Sullivan in the battle for West Ham, is still considering taking a stake in the club and working with the new owners.

The two Davids are believed to have won the ownership battle for West Ham late last night.
