Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has slapped a gag on his players across all media.

The Daily Express says Ferguson is understood to have imposed a gag on his players talking about the derby defeat.

United's own TV station carried no post-match interviews, there were no tweets from regular tweeters Rio Ferdinand or Wayne Rooney, while Nani was banned from talking to the media at the launch of adidas's new Predator boot in Manchester.
