Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says the coming month will decide their title chances.

The Red Devils boss thinks the next month's fixtures could define the season.

It is a run of fixtures which starts with Arsenal away today, includes Liverpool in the FA Cup and league, Stoke, Chelsea and Ajax in the Europa League.

Ferguson said: "This is the start of a hectic spell for us. It's a fantastic run of games which could decide a lot.

"They're never easy games but they'll all be looking at United and saying, 'phew, it's another hard one coming up'."
