Shane Ferguson has revealed how Newcastle United left-back Jose Enrique has taken him under his wing.
Ferguson has been doing a sterling job as his understudy and admits that there will be no hard feelings if the Spaniard returns at his expense.
Ferguson told the Evening Chronicle: "In the past week or so, he knew he wasn't going to be right for the Wolves game.
"Jose and me have been talking a lot.
"He gives me advice and tells me just to do what I do in training.
"He said to have confidence and go out and show people what you can do.
"He tells me not to worry about things."
