Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has said he was impressed by the performance of Championship side Swansea in their 1-1 FA Cup draw with Fulham. The quarter final fixture of the competition has set up Man Utd with a clash against either Fulham or Swansea, depending on who wins the replay at Craven Cottage.
"You obviously take a home tie in a cup tie," Ferguson told ITV in reaction to the cup draw.
"I watched Swansea in Saturday's game against Fulham and they played very well.
"It was a very impressive performance and I don't think that that tie is finished. "Either way we are one step away from the semi-finals so it is a big incentive to the players and hopefully our form stays as it is at the moment which has been very good."
