Sir Alex Ferguson tore into his Manchester United players after yesterday's defeat by Liverpool.
The News of the World says Fergie:
- ACCUSED them of being too soft.
- CLAIMED only Rio Ferdinand had a decent game.
- BLASTED their shocking defending.
"When you have bad days you need to take something from the game but it was shocking stuff from us.
"It'll be a miserable journey home and a hell of a weekend. It's a reminder of what it's like to lose these kinds of matches. Our record is so good here so it is difficult.
"But having had that record for so long, it gives Liverpool a bigger incentive each time we come to Anfield. Their first was a scabby goal but Liverpool deserved their luck."
