Park Ji-sung has been praised by Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson after his match-winning goal against Arsenal on Monday night.
The South Korea skipper netted the only goal of the match with a neat glancing header from a deflected Nani cross in the 41st minute, to send United top of the league.
Park now has three goals in his last three starts against Arsenal and his performance was applauded by Ferguson.
"Park's record against Arsenal is very good, he is in fantastic form, the lad," the Scot told Sky Sports 1.
"Unfortunately we're going to lose him to the Asia Cup for seven matches, which is disappointing."
Park now has four goals in his past six league matches this season, including a match-winning double against Wolves on November 6.
