Ferdinand says no chance Man Utd will play for Chelsea draw

Rio Ferdinand says there's no chance of Manchester United playing for a draw at Chelsea tonight.

In light of recent comeback victories against Blackpool and Southampton, Ferdinand also revealed his belief that a sense of fear runs through oppositions sides when United are chasing a game.

He said: "If we're behind and we pull one back, opposition sides know we won't be content with that. We're never happy to equalise and then sit back and think the job's done.

"We always look to win the game and because we've done it on so many occasions in the past, that plays on their minds. We're never cautious or hesitant - we always give absolutely everything in order to win and that comes from the manager.

"It's one of the reasons I love playing for Manchester United. Teams know that when they're playing Manchester United, games aren't over until the referee blows the final whistle.

"We always play until the end, no matter how many goals we need to pull back or how many added minutes there are. That's a philosophy that's been here for as long as I can remember.

"We've probably won more games in the last few minutes than any other team in the league...that's because its embedded in the club's make-up."
