QPR are waiting on the fitness of two of its key players for this weekend's meeting with Manchester United.
Central defender Anton Ferdinand and leading goalscorer Heidar Helguson are both trying to prove their fitness for the Loftus Road fixture with the reigning champions on Sunday and manager Neil Warnock says they have varying chances of making the match-day squad.
"Missing the Liverpool trip has given him a real chance. He will resume training on Wednesday and we will see how he is.
"Anton has a hamstring strain but fortunately it is not as bad as we first thought.
"He will be having intense treatment throughout this week and is touch and go for Sunday's game.""Heidar should be OK," Warnock told the club's official website.
