Rio Ferdinand is confident Manchester United's players will have the necessary hunger to continue competing after last season's Double triumph.
"Paul Scholes had that in '99 and he eventually managed to play in a final. Hopefully it won't take us as long as he had to wait, to get back there.
"Giggsy was telling all the players after Moscow 'make sure this isn't you're last one' and that's definitely the attitude.
"He had to wait nine years and I don't have nine years to wait.
"I've won three titles but Gary's won seven, Scholesy eight, Giggsy's got 10 - and two Champions Leagues.
"Any young player at this club has got to be inspired by that - and if they're not, they're at a dead end."
