Fenerbahce defender Diego Lugano has declared he's ready to join Juventus.
The Uruguay international is a target for Juve and told Tuttosport: "I feel AC Milan and Real Madrid are in my veins, but if Juventus call I would join them immediately.
"I feel ready to play in Italy."
