Fenerbahce are reportedly hoping to sign Liverpool loanee Lazar Markovic on a permanent basis, despite Reds manager Jurgen Klopp hinting he wants to keep the 21-year-old at Anfield.
The Liverpool Echo is reporting Markovic has no buy-out option in his loan deal with the Turkish outfit, who he has made 20 appearance for this season.
Klopp indicated recently that he sees a future for Markovic at the Merseyside club.
"We have enough strikers – five with Roberto (Firmino) – but not too many wingers, just a few young ones with great potential," Klopp said.
"We have to decide early and at the right moment on transfers, but it is about a squad where you can play different systems and react to different situations."
