Turkish club Fenerbahce have dismissed speculation that defender Simon Kjaer is to leave the club for Chelsea.

The 27 year old Dane has been linked with a £16m move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks.

But, Fenerbahce said in a statement: "We ask the public to disregard such lie and manipulative news regarding the disruption of our team."
