Fenerbahce defender Diego Lugano has confirmed the interest of Serie A clubs ahead of the summer market.

The Uruguay international is being tracked by AC Milan, Juventus, Roma and Lazio.

"I have a contract with Fenerbahce till May," said Lugano. "The Turkish club's intention is to renew my contract. I'm happy here and I have already spoken to some managers.

"I cannot hide the interest of some Italian clubs, even if for now there is no official offer.

"My agent receives continuous enquiries for me. I will assess this possibility."
