Fenerbahce sports chief Damien Comolli is planning to raid the Premier League to boost their squad this summer.
Fener have just named Philip Cocu as new coach and Comolli has been instructed to work the English transfer market to improve the squad.
Fotomac says Comolli and Fener chairman Ali Koc are in England for transfer talks.
A move for Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has been launched. Van Ginkel was with Cocu at PSV Eindhoven on-loan last season. Talks have also opened with Tottenham for Georges-Kévin N'Koudou and a permanent deal for Vincent Janssen.
Also a target is released Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, along with Gunners goalkeeper David Ospina.
