Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has branded Marouane Fellaini's sending-off against Hull City as 'stupid'.
The Belgian midfielder was sent off for a 73rd-minute stamp on Paul McShane in the last game of the season at the KC Stadium.
"It was unbelievably stupid because next season he starts in the stands," the United boss said after the goalless draw which saw the Tigers relegated.
