Fellaini happy back in action for Man Utd

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is happy to be back in action for manager Louis van Gaal.

Van Gaal sent on his Belgian midfielder as a substitute against Southampton and the change beefed up the attack, albeit without bearing fruit this time around.

"The manager told me to get into the box for when crosses came in and to win challenges," revealed Fellaini. "I did that but we didn't score so we were disappointed. It was hard to lose."

After missing five matches over Christmas and New Year, Marouane feels he is fit and ready for whenever the manager needs him next.

"It was good to be back, I feel better," he confirmed. "I broke my rib and was very sick, but now I'm much better and I'm training hard every day to be fit. When you do nothing for three weeks it's difficult to come back so I have to train hard.

"We have all trained hard this week and we've looked at how QPR play. They play more direct so we have to be ready for that. But we can create chances to score so we have to go there and do it."
