Marouane Fellaini has handed Everton an injury headache.

The Daily Mail says Fellaini has given Everton an injury scare, ahead of their Old Trafford showdown with Manchester United, after missing training with Belgium and being rated a doubt for their game with Slovakia.

Despite heading an injury-time equaliser against Aston Villa and playing until the final whistle, Everton's key midfielder complained of discomfort in his hip when he reported for international duty.
