Felipe Anderson insists West Ham want 'beautiful football'

Felipe Anderson is sure West Ham United will soon be playing "beautiful football".

The Hammers were comprehensively beaten by Liverpool in the opening round of Premier League, but the Brazilian winger believes his teammates only need time to become a strong outfit.

"We knew that the [Liverpool] match was going to be very hard, as their attack is really fast and they score a lot of goals," Anderson told the club's official website. "We prepared for the match well, but this is a very new team and we still have a way to go to get to our best form.

"We have very good expectations for the season, this team wants to play beautiful football and, with a bit more time, all the new signings are going to adapt. The club made a big investment and now what we need to do is to work to make things go well.

"I always wanted to play in the Premier League. It's a league in which teams like to have the ball and are constantly attacking and thank God now I have the chance to be here, so I'm working hard to adapt as quickly as possible and give my best effort."
