Reading FC have won the 2011/12 Championship title following the weekend's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
Australian goalkeeper Adam Federici and his Royals teammates cannot lose top spot after gaining a point at the Madejski Stadium which puts them four clear of second-placed Southampton with one match remaining in the regular season.
Reading gained automatic promotion during the week after they beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 at home but now they have been crowned as champions with Socceroos number two Federici a key part of the side, playing all 45 matches to date, and keeping 20 clean sheets.
