Reading goalkeeper Adam Federici insists the strugglers do not strengthening in January.

The Aussie says team morale could be affected by big changes.

Federici said: "I think there is a danger when you add too many players into a squad that you kind of break that team spirit. It is something we have got here in abundance.

"It is all right for people who sit far away from the game and say, 'I want that player', but you need to look at their personalities - are they going to fit into the group? - before they just start bringing in players."
