Kepa Arrizabalaga is ready to sign a new contract with Athletic Bilbao.

Marca says Arrizabalaga and Real Madrid is coming to an end, as the goalkeeper has grown tired of delays from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Instead, the Basque goalkeeper is set to accept Athletic Club's latest offer and renew his contract at San Mames, ruling out a move to Madrid either this month or in the summer.

After almost 16 months of talks, the agreement could be announced as soon as this week.

The new deal will extend until either 2023 or 2024 and will make Kepa one of the club's three best-paid players.
