Fears that France may pull out of South Africa match

France boss Raymond Domenech admitted that his team may pull out of Tuesday's clash with South Africa.

There is plenty of unrest within the Les Bleus squad after striker Nicolas Anelka was sent home for abusing Domenech and then not apologising and there are now fears that the players could strike for their final Group A match after the story was leaked to the media by an insider.

"To say the least, this game has been difficult to prepare for," Domenech said.

"On Sunday I tried to convince the players of the unprecedented stupidity of what they were about to do. I completely support the expulsion of Nicolas Anelka."
