FC Utrecht fullback Dave Bulthuis is attracting Premier League interest.
Voetbal International says Bulthuis is being tracked by Feyenoord, along with Fulham and Stoke City.
Both English clubs made enquiries in January and are continuing to watch Bulthuis leading up to the summer market.
