Dutch club FC Twente admit they would have to consider a bid from Liverpool for Bryan Ruiz if it occurred.
Twente boss Michel Preud'homme knows the 24-year old winger/striker has become a target for big European clubs and says it would be prudent if the Eredivisie champions thought about any potential offers.
"The uncertainty for Twente is annoying, but we have to wait to see what happens," Preud'homme said to reporters.
"If he [Ruiz] gets an interesting offer from Spain or England, he will have to think about it."
