FC Tokyo manager Ranko Popovic has heaped praise on Brisbane Roar's style of play.
The Japanese club defeated the A-League champions 4-2 in Tokyo in the Asian Champions League on Wednesday night but that didn't stop the Serbian tactician from applauding the game style of Rado Vidosic's men.
"Both teams have a similar style and similar ideas of offensive football, attack, with many goals.
"I think this is the beautiful thing. It is propaganda for football because people can see this is real football. Not to play to lose but play to win."
He added: "We've gone through in the group but the way they [Roar] are playing, Brisbane also have to go through to second round.""Brisbane is playing beautiful football. This was really a pleasure to have a team like Brisbane be in competition with us," he told au.fourfourtwo.com.
The loss saw Brisbane's hopes of moving through to the Round of 16 completely fade as they now sit nine points out of the top two with just one group match remaining.
