FC Oss striker Tom Boere is drawing inspiration from Tottenham centre-forward Vincent Janssen.

Boere won the Golden Boot this season for the Jupiler League.

"I still don't know what I'm going to do next year," said Boere, who with Oss still has a contract until 2018.

"I have always said that I have ambition and want to make the next step. I say this now as well. There are clubs that are concrete and there are talks. But there is also nothing to say."

He continued: "The ideal scenario is that of Vincent Janssen. He went to the Eredivisie, scored many goals and left. That is also the ideal scenario for me, I think."
