FC Dnipro midfielder Derek Boateng is a target for West Bromwich Albion.
The Mirror says Boateng, 28, was sent off earlier this month for pushing an opponent who allegedly called him a "black monkey".
Fulham failed to sign Boateng in January but his club FC Dnipro are now willing to drop his £5million price tag to £3.5m in a bid to offload the unhappy star.
